To ensure the satisfaction of our clients we place particularly great emphasis on the quality of our products. Our complex quality control system is attested by our ISO 9001:2015 certification, which we have complemented with the certification of the 14001:2015 standard on environmental management.

Our quality control system is characterised by our customer-oriented quality policy. During our projects the tasks related to quality planning, - control, - assurance, - and –development play an equally important role, all in order to meet our quality objectives.

Our colleagues are professionals highly trained in all areas of our quality control system and with vast experience.

Throughout the entire production process – from the launch of production through in-process controls to the final controls – we perform checks, both visually and using gauges and various measuring instruments (callipers, sunlight-simulating visual box, spectrophotometer), documenting their results according to the control plan specified by the client. We continuously analyse and improve the production process, investigating any problems that arise and taking preventive measures against them.

The detailed process of quality control:

1. Production launch:
The quality controller (in the following: QC) checks the item produced against the parameters specified by the client, using the approved first sample and the product documentation, and designates the master copy. Control methods are:

  1. Visual: the piece may not contain burrs and may not be incomplete, burnt, scratched, blotched, contaminated, colour-defective, deformed, nor present signs of stringing, flow marks, colour streaks, etc.
  2. Measurements: control of geometric measurements using instruments (callipers, height gauge, gauges, template)
  3. For certain products colour accuracy is verified in a light chamber and/or using a photospectrometer.
  4. Assembly- and functional tests
  5. Selecting the master copy for production and providing it to the operator
  6. Documentation: Control- and Packaging instructions, issue of Product progress label for production, opening the Internal defective items register. Production launch is authorised by signing the Production sheet and the Production progress sheet.
  7. Putting other tools, templates, and aids at the disposal of operators.
  8. The QC opens the measurement protocols signed by the client and performs the measurements on the START sample

2. In-process controls:

  1. Operators must check each item visually and/or using a template or gauge, comparing with the master copy provided and according to the Control instructions. If they discover a defective piece, they must identify and record the type of defect in the Internal defective items register. Every half an hour during production they perform a "point-by-point" comparison with the master copy, recording this on the Production progress sheet. In the event of a serial problem they notify the QC or the shift manager.
  2. QC: verifies the conformity of pieces using spot checks and/or periodic controls, and maintains the prescribed documentation. Upon discovering a defective item they check or order the check of all pieces produced so far, based on the error discovered. They continue this control until no more defective pieces are found. The QC also checks the conformity of the packaging materials used and of the packaging.

3. Final control:

  1. QC: Checks the quantity of the packaging unit and that the product matches its label. Checks the quality of the product according to its specifications, either through spot checks or for each product. If the product is conformant, they validate the label; if a defective piece is found, the content of the box/crate must be checked one by one.

4. At the end of production:

  1. Operator: closes the relevant documents, tidies up around the machine, and returns the instructions, templates, and gauges.
  2. QC: closes the relevant documents, collects the instructions, and discards the master copy. Upon the instruction of the client saves the final sample.

5. Quality Assurance:
Monitors the processes described above and performs the measurements and checks in its charge.
